How to Set up Webhooks in YouCanBook.Me?

YouCanBook.me is an online scheduling tool that lets you create and manage appointments with your customers, clients, or colleagues. You can connect your calendar, customize your booking page, and automate notifications and reminders.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in YouCanBook.Me to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in YouCanBook.Me

  1. Login to your YouCanBook.Me account.
  1. Select the booking page you want to add a webhook, and click “Edit Settings”.

  1. Now, expand the section according to your trigger. For example, if you are setting up a webhook for the ‘New Booking’ trigger, click and expand the section titled “After new booking made”.

  1. Copy the Webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it under the URL field.
