How to Set up Webhooks in Stormboard

Stormboard is a collaborative online workspace designed for brainstorming, project management, and team collaboration. It allows users to organize ideas using digital sticky notes, templates, and whiteboards. Teams can collaborate in real-time or asynchronously, adding text, images, videos, and drawings to visually plan and execute projects. Stormboard is ideal for remote and hybrid teams, offering integrations with tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack for seamless workflow management.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Stormboard to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Stormboard

1. Login to your Stormboard account.

2. Click on Profile in the right topbar, then select My Account.

3. Click on the Webhooks Section.

4. Click Add a Webhook button.

5. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the Payload URL field. Below that, you will see a dropdown labeled “Which events would you like to trigger this webhook?” If you want to receive updates for all events, select Send me everything. Otherwise, if you want specific events, select Let me select specific events.

6. Ensure that Active is checked,If you have selected Let me select specific events, then select your specific event from given options. Click Save Changes.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Stormboard account.
