How to Set up Webhooks in Plug&Pay

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Plug&Pay to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Plug&Pay

  1. Login to the Plug&Pay dashboard.
  1. Now let’s see how we can configure a webhook for the Form Submitted trigger. To do this, first go to the sidebar menu and navigate to Tools > Formulate.

  1. In the popup that appears, provide a name for your rule and select “Form Sent” as the trigger event from the Trigger dropdown.

  1. After that, select “Webhook” as the action. Then, copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the Webhook URL field. Finally, click on the “Create Rule” button to save the rule.

  2. Now let’s see how we can configure a webhook for product-related triggers like Order Paid, Invoice Created, and Subscription Started/Ended/Changed/Canceled. To do this, first go to the sidebar menu and navigate to Products.

    Note: For subscription-related triggers, make sure to click on a subscription product.
