How to Set up Webhooks in Gelato?

Gelato offers a streamlined platform for managing print and shipping services with ease. In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Gelato to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Gelato

  1. Login to your Gelato account.
  1. Navigate to Developer > Webhooks.

  1. Click on “Add Webhook”.

  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the URL field.

  1. Now, select the “Event Type” according to your trigger. For example, if you want to set up a webhook for the “Store Product Created” trigger, then you need to choose “Store Product Created” from the event type dropdown menu.

  1. Select the method as “HTTP POST”.

  1. You can also send a test response to the trigger flyout by clicking on the “Send Test Webhook” button.

  1. Now, from here, select the event as per your trigger.

  1. Click on “Test Webhook” to receive the test response on the trigger flyout.

  1.  Click on ‘Create’ to finish the process.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Gelato account.
