How to Set up Webhooks in RedPodium

RedPodium is an event registration platform designed for sports and race events, offering features like customizable registration pages, conditional logic for forms, merchandise sales, and peer-to-peer fundraising integration. Its user-friendly interface enables organizers to build branded, mobile-responsive pages, while built-in analytics provide real-time insights into event performance.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in RedPodium to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in RedPodium

1. Login to your RedPodium account.

2. Click on Extras in the top navbar, then select Integrations.

3. Navigate to Integrations and click Add Integration.

4. Choose Webhook.

5. Enter a name for your webhook, then copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the “Endpoint URL” field. Then click Save & Continue.

6. You will see a success toast and a popup ,then it will redirect you to the Webhook Settings page.

7. Next, you will need to toggle the status to on, it will activate the webhook. Also Checkmark the event which you want to set a webhook for.

8. Click Save and your webhook will be updated.

9. Once your webhook is updated, you can test it by using the ‘Send a test‘ dropdown at the bottom and selecting an option.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your RedPodium account.
