New Triggers & Actions
SureDash
Added a new “Create Event in Space” action.
Create events directly inside your Event or Calendar spaces, with support for:
- Event date
- Start time
- Duration
- Timezone
- RSVP link
- Joining link
- Recorded video link
- Visibility scope
- A custom cover image or embed media
The space selector only lists Event and Calendar spaces, so you can’t point it at the wrong space.
WP Travel Engine
Added three new coupon actions:
- “Retrieve Coupon” to fetch a single coupon by ID
- “List Coupons” with status and limit filters
- “Update Coupon” to update an existing coupon without recreating it
SureMembers
Added a new “Get User Details” action.
It returns the user’s WordPress details along with their SureMembers access groups, including group names and expiration dates, so you can check someone’s membership status before the rest of your workflow runs.
Platform Improvements
Enable or Disable Individual Workflow Actions
You can now disable a single action inside a workflow instead of deleting it.
- The disabled step is skipped at runtime.
- The rest of the workflow continues as usual.
- The step is recorded as skipped in your logs.
- Disabled steps keep all their configuration.
- An incomplete one no longer blocks you from saving or activating the workflow.
- Branch and Loop steps always run, since routing and iteration depend on them.
Reorder Workspaces
Organization owners can now reorder workspaces within an organization using drag and drop in the workspace switcher, so the workspaces you use most sit right where you want them.
