We’ve been busy. Here’s what’s new in the latest OttoKit update.
New Integration
Data Aggregator: A new built-in integration with two actions for shaping data inside your workflows. “Aggregate Items” combines a JSON array into a single list, either collecting one field across items or keeping the full item data. “Summarize Data” runs count, count unique, sum, average, min, max, and concatenate, with optional group-by fields. Available on all plans.
New Triggers & Actions
LatePoint: Added a “Find Booking By Customer Email” action that looks up a booking by the customer’s email and returns its full details, including booking ID, service, date and time, customer info, and status. The lookup is case-insensitive.
SureMembers: Added a “Team Member Added to Access Group” trigger that fires when a corporate or team account owner adds a new member to an access group. Includes a Select Access Group filter with an “Any Group” option.
Platform Improvements
Per-workspace resource limits: Organization owners can now set per-workspace caps for Forms, Table Rows, Workflows, and Variables, not just Tasks. Limits show in the Manage Workspaces table and the Usage & Limit modal, and are now properly enforced when members create resources.
Otto AI Agent: Added a “Refine” button that rewrites a rough prompt into a clearer version. It’s available on the Otto AI Agent node’s User Query field and in the Otto chat input.
