We’ve been busy. Here’s what’s new in the latest OttoKit update.

New Integrations

Five new WordPress integrations are live and ready to use:

• Secure Custom Fields (SCF) – Triggers for Post, User, and Options SCF field updates. Actions to get and update SCF values, update repeater fields, and add sub-fields in a group.
• Groups by itthinx – Triggers for User Added to Group, User Removed from Group, and Group Created. Actions to add and remove users from a group.
• Spaces Engine – Triggers for Space Created, Updated, and Deleted. Actions to create, update, and delete spaces.
• Advanced Forms for ACF – Form Submitted trigger with a form dropdown selector.
• CLUEVO LMS – Assign User to Course action with an async course dropdown.

New Triggers & Actions

• OttoKit Tables – Added “Find Record by Row ID” action that supports both numeric IDs and UUIDs.
• Formatter (Date/Time) – Added “Calculate Total Days Between Dates” action that returns the total number of days as a single integer.

Plugin Improvements

• Added an option to disable Outgoing Request Logging in the SureTriggers plugin (Status > Outgoing Requests), with constant and filter support for developers.

AI Agent V2

Introducing the new AI Agent V2 with major upgrades:

• Support for multiple LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Google
• Built-in memory management
• Per-provider connection badges for improved visibility and management

MCP Tools Improvements

We’ve significantly improved the MCP experience:

• Tools are now grouped by connection for cleaner organization
• Fixed multi-repeater processing issues for apps like Capsule CRM
• Added a new `execute_integration_action` system tool that allows Claude to execute actions directly without requiring a full automation
• OttoKit Tables and Forms now appear correctly inside the MCP tool picker

Connection UX Improvements

Managing AI connections is now faster and more intuitive:

• Added a multi-provider AI connection picker supporting OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral AI, Groq, and DeepSeek
• Added a per-connection context menu with options to rename, reconnect, and test connections instantly

Formatter Enhancements

The Formatter app received several upgrades:

• DateTime action now supports localized formatting across 30 locales
• Added new math operations including modulo, power, percentage of, percentage change, floor, ceil, and absolute value (abs)
• Added a new Remove Line Breaks text operation

Additional Updates

• Several apps received new triggers, actions, improvements, and bug fixes
• Performance and stability improvements across the OttoKit platform and plugins
• Multiple internal enhancements to improve reliability and workflow execution

New Triggers

• FluentBoards: Added 3 new triggers — Task Updated (fires when a task’s title or description changes), Assignees Updated (fires when team members are added or removed), and Stage Updated (fires when a task moves between stages).
• WordPress: Added new trigger — Post Updated (fires only when an existing post is updated, not on creation).

New Actions

• The Events Calendar: Added new action — Create Event, enabling automations to programmatically create events.

Integration Updates

• Notion — Find Database Item: Added support for multiple filters (e.g. Service Type = X AND Is Template = true), results are now also loop-compatible and fully iterable using the Loop action.

Improvements

• Added Right-to-Left (RTL) text direction support across the OttoKit plugin UI.
