OttoKit AI Assistant (Beta)

Are you new to automation? Just starting to explore or trying to build your first workflow? Or maybe you’re an existing user looking to debug or improve your workflows without reaching out to the support team?
Introducing OttoKit AI Assistant – your personal in-app assistant that helps you build, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows simply by chatting in natural language.
Open your workflow and start a conversation with your assistant whenever you get stuck.
Note: OttoKit AI Assistant is currently in Beta, and ongoing improvements will continue in future updates.

Dedicated “Import Workflow” Button

You can now easily import multiple workflows directly from the Workflows page; no need to visit the Settings page anymore.
Whether you’re importing workflows from another account or from a shared CSV file, this dedicated Import button simplifies and speeds up the process.

Fixes

• Fixed several issues related to translation.
• Fixed an issue where the Version button was not working on initial load in the Workflow Builder.
• Fixed an MCP Server internal name issue that caused some AI clients using our MCP server to misinterpret instructions.
• Fixed an RSS Feed issue that caused an “Undefined array key” error when only one feed item was present.

Improvements

• Added Array field type support for MCP, enabling apps like DataForSEO to work correctly when used as tools.
• Updated the Voxel “Update Post” action so that custom fields are now optional, allowing users to fill only the required fields as needed.
• Restricted account creation using disposable or temporary email domains to improve platform reliability and security.

New Features

Multilingual Support

Ottokit is no longer limited to English! Now you can use Ottokit in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Russian.
Simply select your preferred language from the dashboard top bar menu, and the entire interface will switch to that language.

App Connection Sharing

Need a Gmail (or any other) connection but don’t want to set it up yourself? No problem!
With the new Request Connection option on the Connections page, you can request a connection from a team member, colleague, or friend.

• Enter their email to send them an invite, or share the request link directly.
• Once they accept, you can use the shared connection in your account.

New Design System

We’ve refreshed the overall Ottokit design for a smoother and more modern experience.
The platform still feels familiar, but you’ll notice subtle UI enhancements across the entire platform, making navigation and workflow building cleaner and more intuitive.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed: Recipe search not working
• Fixed: Start Loop action issue – iteration starting from 1 incorrectly showed a red mark.
• Fixed: Clicking the Try Now button created two recipes instead of one.
• Fixed: Duplicate toast notification issue.
• Fixed: Ottokit Core App Trigger Workflow Completed – response data now correctly appears in the flyout when the workflow is completed.
• Fixed: Duplicate dynamic fields appearing in dropdowns.
• Improved: Conditions in Filter, Branch, and Path nodes are now displayed as tooltips on hover, making it easier to understand workflows with multiple conditions or complex paths.

Powerful Docs

• Updated trigger response to include Name and Email fields.

Kadence Forms

• Added support for Advanced Forms in the Form Submitted trigger.

WooCommerce

• Order Paid trigger now runs for additional order sources, including Google.

WordPress

• Updated all triggers and actions for better reliability and performance.

WishList Member

• Fixed issue where new users were not receiving the selected Membership Level.

FluentBooking

• Added a new action: Create Booking (Pro).

Voxel

• Added 2 new actions and 1 new trigger:

New Feature

Email Templates

Design beautiful, professional email templates with our new drag-and-drop editor.

• Create engaging campaigns that convert without relying on external HTML templates.
• Previously, you had to paste custom HTML into the email action body. Now, you can design templates directly in Ottokit and use them seamlessly in actions like Gmail: Send Email.

Platform Improvements

• Dedicated Recipe Listing Page – Explore all recipes in a well-structured, categorized format on our website.
• Workflow Zoom & Layout Consistency – When zooming in/out on the canvas, workflows will now maintain their position and no longer revert back after saving the flyout. This is especially helpful for longer workflows or smaller screens.

• Text Formatter – Added new Concatenate action to combine multiple fields into one string.
• Twilio – Added new Send WhatsApp Message action.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed: Chatbot icon incorrectly visible on the login page after logging out.
