How to Switch Organizations in OttoKit
Have you created workflows, but are suddenly unable to find them after purchasing a plan? Resolving this confusion can be as easy as switching your organization.
In OttoKit, your account is structured into Organizations and Workspaces:
- An Organization is your main account where your OttoKit plan and billing are managed.
- A Workspace is a subaccount within an organization where you build workflows, manage connections, and run automations.
You can learn more about Workspaces and Organizations here
If you’re a member of multiple organizations, you can also use OttoKit across different teams or clients, and you can easily switch between them.
Steps to Switch Organizations
- Select Organization
Click on your organization icon in the top-left corner of the OttoKit dashboard.
- Select Switch Organization.
In the dropdown menu, choose the option labeled Switch Organization. This will bring up a list of all the organizations you’re a member of.
- Choose Your Target Organization
Click the name of the organization you want to switch to. OttoKit will refresh and load the dashboard for the selected organization.
You can repeat this process anytime you need to move between organizations.
