Delete Your OttoKit Account

Deleting your OttoKit account is a permanent action, so it’s important to understand what happens before you take that step. 

This guide will walk you through how to delete your account and what you can expect after it’s deleted.

What Happens After Deleting Your OttoKit Account

When you delete your OttoKit account, all the workflows and associated data will be permanently deleted after 14 days. 

Make sure you download anything important before continuing. 

Here’s what you can expect once the deletion is complete after 14 days:

  • All the workflows, triggers, and actions you’ve set up will be deleted.
  • Any apps or services connected to your OttoKit account will no longer be linked.
  • Once your account is deleted, there’s no way to recover it. This includes all the data, settings, and workflows in your account.

​​Note: If you’re unsure about deleting your account, consider downgrading or canceling your plan instead. This way, you’ll keep your data and workflows without fully losing access.

How To Delete Your OttoKit Account

If you’ve decided to delete your OttoKit account, follow these steps carefully:

  • Go to Account and click on the “Delete Account” button here.
  • Enter your OttoKit account’s password and click the “Delete” button.

Your OttoKit account and all associated data and workflows will be deleted after 14 days from the date you delete it.

Restoring Your OttoKit Account

If you want to restore your OttoKit account within these 14 days, you can just click on the “Restore Account” button visible in the same section.
