MCP Chat

You can now chat with AI models (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) directly inside OttoKit via MCP Chat. No need to switch to their chat interfaces — run any operations like creating coupons, updating sheets, managing contacts, etc, from one place.

Archive Workflows

Easily organize workflows by archiving the ones you don’t need. Bulk archive, view them in the Archive section, and unarchive anytime.

Organization-Level Member Management

Managing members is now easier than ever!
Previously, you could only manage members within each workspace, which meant switching between multiple workspace settings to invite or update members.

Now, with the new “Members” section on the sidebar, you can manage all workspace members across your entire organization in one place.

From here, you can:

• Invite new members to multiple workspaces.
• Assign or update member roles for different workspaces.

No more jumping between workspace settings — everything is centralized for smoother member management!

Manual Trigger

Need to test your workflow without setting up a real trigger?
Or want to manually execute actions whenever you choose — without publishing the workflow?

Now you can, with the new Manual Trigger feature!

• Quickly test your workflow actions by clicking “Test Workflow”.
• Run workflows on demand without activating them publicly.

⚠️ Note: Workflows with a Manual Trigger cannot be published.
If you want to publish them, replace the manual trigger with a real one.

Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed an issue where an added folder was removed when a published workflow was reverted to draft.

Dedicated “Import Workflow” Button

You can now easily import multiple workflows directly from the Workflows page; no need to visit the Settings page anymore.
Whether you’re importing workflows from another account or from a shared CSV file, this dedicated Import button simplifies and speeds up the process.
